What classes do you have for adults?
Our standard Choi Kwang Do class will suit most people. It's a great way to learn self defence and get a good all round workout. We also have ladies only classes, very similar in style but with music pumping and a focus on getting in shape. We even have Yoga.

What if I change my mind?
No problem. We don't have long term contracts. You can leave us at anytime with no further charges will apply. We do offer a varied timetable across multiple locations, so hopefully no matter how busy life gets, we should have a class to suit.
Will I be expected to fight?
No, we are a self defence based martial art across all of our classes. In our adults classes we do pad work, and shield work. So this is punching and kicking techniques on a shield. So they're awesome for stress and a zero chance of getting hit! But the defence drills will keep you sharp and learn to apply the technical skills learned.
Is your class suitable I haven't done exercise in years?
Yes, it doesn't matter what your current fitness level is or when you last exercised. Classes are done at your own pace and you simply complete each drill to the best you can. As you get more into what's going on your fitness will quickly improve.
